| Ada's opening in North Naples where Fresh Market leaves
Ada's Natural & Organic Foods Supermarket plans to open at Airport-Pulling and Vanderbilt Beach roads in 2008. The 20,000-square-foot space in The Collection shopping center owned by Boca Raton-based Woolbright Development originally was planned for The Fresh Market, but the North Carolina-based grocer sued the developer and pulled out of the lease. Ada's, which has supermarkets already open in Cape Coral and Fort Myers and another planned for Estero, is a specialty retailer of natural, organic and whole fresh foods, meats, fish and poultry, nutritional products such as vitamins, herbs and supplements, cosmetics and beauty aids, cleaning products and pet products. “The signing of Ada's is a home run for residents in the surrounding community," said Pete Schlang, Woolbright's director of leasing, in a prepared statement released by Woolbright.
5 Spheres of Life feeds seniors' mind, body and spirit
It means living in the moment, loving yourself and others unconditionally and using the Five Spheres of Life as a model. You are at the center of the five intersecting spheres, so plan your life around feeding the mind, body and spirit, staying connected socially and enjoying emotional health. Cognitive sphere: Feed your brain daily. Staying mentally active is having new experiences and learning new things you never tried. Brain exercises strengthen the neurons for a healthy brain. The onset of dementia occurs quicker with isolation. Watching TV is passive, but interacting as we watch game shows such as "Are You Smarter Than a 5th Grader" or "Jeopardy," or doing crosswords or Sudoku is good for you. Socialization: Staying connected to the environment, people or pets prevents isolation.
Mother Earth Mother Board
The market was just a few square blocks of George Town where British law was enforced, i.e. where businessmen could rely on a few basics like property rights, contracts, and a currency. During and after World War II, the British lost what presence they had here. Penang fell to the Japanese and became a base for German U-Boats patrolling the Indian Ocean. Later, there was a somewhat messy transition to independence involving a communist insurrection and a war with Indonesia. Today, Malaysia is one of Asia's economic supernovas and evidently has decided that it will be second to none when it comes to the Internet. They are furiously wiring up the place and have established JARING, which is the Malaysian Internet (this word is a somewhat tortured English acronym that happens to spell out the Malay word for the Net).
the Sunshine Vitamin
The so-called sunshine vitamin is poised to become the nutrient of the decade, if a host of recent findings are to be believed. Vitamin D, an essential nutrient found in a limited number of foods, has long been renowned for its role in creating strong bones, which is why it is added to milk. Now a growing legion of medical researchers has raised strong doubts about the adequacy of currently recommended levels of intake, from birth through the sunset years. The researchers maintain, based on a plethora of studies, that vitamin D levels considered adequate to prevent bone malformations like rickets in children are not optimal to counter a host of serious ailments that are now linked to low vitamin D levels. To be sure, not all medical experts are convinced of the need for or the desirability of raising the amount of vitamin D people should receive, either through sunlight, foods, supplements or all three.

Super disk cloning
But even without a major OS upgrade in the wild, savvy users know that you should always have a good, working backup of your Mac's hard drive. One way many users get such a backup is to “clone"—make a mirror image of—their drive. Not only does this approach let you perform an Erase and Install of OS X, using Migration Assistant to restore your data and applications from the clone (as explained by Joe), but it also means that if anything should ever happen to your main hard drive, you can be up and running from the clone in no time. Unfortunately, because of invisible files and permissions issues, you can't simply drag the contents of one volume onto another to get a good copy, as you could in Mac OS 9 and earlier. In the past, my favorite utility for cloning my hard drive has been Carbon Copy Cloner; unfortunately, it's not yet compatible with Tiger.

China tops India again
What good is a new billion young but uneducated people? They will only end up as social problems. It is time for Indians to be a responsible stake holders in the future of the world. They need to realize that the world can't afford the wild baby boom like the one in India. .
